Nature of Orders

All OVAZA pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order. Each creation is a bespoke item, not a ready-made product.

Binding Confirmation

An order becomes final and binding upon design approval, price approval, and payment. Materials are then reserved and execution begins immediately.

Payment Terms

• Minimum 50% deposit or full payment required
• No materials are reserved or work started without payment
• Payments are non-refundable once execution begins

Customization

Once execution starts, materials are cut and prepared specifically, making the piece non-resellable in its original form.

Modifications

Changes are only allowed before execution. Once started, OVAZA reserves the right to accept or reject any modification.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Cancellation is strictly not allowed once execution begins
• No refunds or exchanges on custom orders
• Refusal to accept the order does not void payment obligations

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup/delivery must be scheduled
• Responsibility transfers to the client once the order is completed
